Yes were still here. Its been kinda busy with my new time change at work and the kiddos have been each getting sick so its been a lot of fun :(
Mr. Elijah hanging out with mom at work since he was too sick to stay at daycare. This little man got to come spend time with me at work on Thursday. On Tuesday. I got a call at work from his daycare saying he had a fever of 102 and if they brake a fever at daycare higher then 101 then the parent has to come pick them up. Luckily it was the end of my work day so I went and picked all the kids up and took him into the Dr. James came along to help "and I am glad he did!" It was a 2 hr wait at the IHC and the boys were running wild the whole time. We finally got called back and we waited another hr. in the waiting room. it was almost 10 pm by this time I was so tired and irritated by then. I hate the IHC at night! The Dr checked him out and he was perfectly fine. He had no symptoms, so he though it was viral.
I kept the kids home the next day just so I could get the fevers to stop with Elijah and to make sure he was fine. He acted fine the whole day but he did get a fever. The Dr said he would keep getting a fever up to 3-5 days with a viral infection. I took all the kids back to daycare on Thursday hoping he would be better by then. I got a call saying he had a fever of 103 so I had to pick him up and bring him back to work with me. I am glad I work with family and can do that. Thursday night after work I took him back to the Dr were I waited again 2 hrs. and this time there was hardly any one in the waiting room so it was a little strange why we would have to wait for so long again. James finally said something to them and they brought us back right after. Its funny that you have to make a fuss for them to ever hurry to your sick child. They brought us back and I kid you not most of the nurses and Drs. were just sitting at there computers playing on them. I saw there screens they were not working. I couldnt believe it I was pretty pissed off. So finally the Dr. saw him and turns out he had a red throat so they swabbed him and he had strep.... way to go Drs. "idiots" This is why I now need to just see there peeds Dr.
So 4 hrs. two Dr. visits and two pissed off parents later we have a diagnosis! I ran and got him on his antibiotics so he should be cured in 10 days :)
The rest of the weekend we pretty much rested up, I took them to mcdee's on Saturday afternoon since Elijah had been on his antibiotics for 24 hrs. and he was feeling up too it.

Elijah
Isaiah was having alot of fun too. He was starting to get sick with a cold so he had a runny nose like no other. Poor guy.
Saturday night he was not feeling too good. He went down hill and just wanted to lay on the couch and watch movies. fine by me.
Noah joined in, I love how close Elijah was to the tv as if he couldnt see it or anything haha.
He is feeling much better now and is back at daycare. Now I have to wait and see if Mr. Noah will catch it. He got strep a couple months ago so I hope he wont again. And the baby he has a little cold going on. Guess its that time of the year again.
